Welcome to PCYC Umina Beach

Follow our Club on Facebook for updates and information :

http://www.facebook.com/uminabeach.pcyc

In 2012 PCYC celebrated 75 years as one of Australia's leading youth development organisations, with 57 clubs across the state and over 85,000 members.

At PCYC Umina Beach we offer a range of fun, safe, social sport & recreational activities for all members of the community. Activities include gymnastics, archery, dancing, boxing & fitness, music & movement for mums & bubs (or dads), self defence, venue hire & birthday parties. Our Junior & senior boxing program is second to none with participants travelling as far away as Wyong & Newcastle to train under our leading coach, Joel Keegan and has produced state, national champions over and over as well as world title contenders. As a charity organisation, when you choose PCYC activities, you chose to invest in your own community's wellbeing & the future of the young people within it!

We look forward to seeing you at the club soon!

Umina Beach PCYC is a charity organisation that does receive  government or other financial assistance for our Police programs and Club activities. To find a balance between remaing operational and keeping our activity & venue hire fees affordable, we work very hard to raise funds and pursue grant opportunities on an each year.

TIME 4 KIDS :

PCYC Umina Beach held its annualTime 4 Kids fundraiser Saturday 13th April 2013 at Deep Water Plaza Woy Woy.

Time 4 Kids means community leaders ‘Do time to stop youth crime’, helping to raise funds for Police youth programs and for urgently needed club equipment.

What a great event!  We have so many generous community members and business leaders that gave generous donations and time for our Club which actually means for our community.

This prisoners included Craig from Star 104.5FM, Darren from Woy Woy Telstra Store, Mark Campbell of Campbell Building Materials, Kim of Bendigo Bank Ettalong Beach, Lucy Wicks MP, Chris Holstein , Our gymnastics Coach (Squishy) Chrissy, Rotary club of Woy Woy were a major donor.

Our total funds are over $7,000 and still coming in!

WHAT CAN WE DO WITH FUNDS RAISED?  We are very excited to announce that because of Time 4 Kids, funding received from State government last year and with assistance from PCYC NSW, we will be getting a PEOPLE MOVER in the next few weeks!!!  Our bus was put out to pasture a year ago so now we will be able to run bigger and better crime prevention programs, take our current and future boxing and gymnastics and archery champions to events around the state and country!
