PCYC KidzCare

All services are registered with the National Childcare Accreditation Council, and are at various stages of the Accreditation cycle. 

All of our services offer Child Care Benefit reduced fees.

After School Care 

Food & Nutrition

During our After School Care program, we supply an afternoon tea, usually comprising a healthy mix of sandwiches, pasta's, fruit and vegetables, and a variety of drinks.

Afternoon Activities

The afternoon is full of fun & activities, helping children wind-down and relax after a long day at school. Some activities are free-choice, such as ball games or arts & crafts, while others are organised group games that encourage interaction, fun, and new friendships. KidzCare offers the added convenience of arranged transport from your child's school to our centre.

Lithgow, Mudgee & Wagga Wagga After School Care

Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm

First Child $19 per day

Second Child $18 per day

Third+ Child $17 per day

Tweed Heads After School Care

Hours & prices vary due to daylight saving.

All services are closed on Public Holidays.

All families are entitled to the Centrelink Child Care Benefit.

Fees are payable daily or weekly.

Casual bookings may be available, and are to be paid for on the day of care.

Vacation Care

Our Vacation Care services are open from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday through to Friday.

Our Vacation Care program is structured to give children new, interesting and engaging activities throughout the day.

There are set craft activities, physical games, music and excursions. Children of different ages and backgrounds are encouraged to play together, and we

encourage and help them to extend their skills in each of the activities.

Whether this is learning to paint with a variety of techniques, playing a musical instrument, or skipping rope! Our staff encourage children to participate, but if a child doesn't wish to join, their choice is respected.

Children that attend regularly are also encouraged to take on a buddy-role for new children

Services close for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period and do not open on Public Holidays. Vacation Care in your town will only offer care on Public School Pupil Free days if there is enough interest from the local community. Please contact your local PCYC directly to confirm operation on Pupil Free Days.

PCYC KidzCare cares for the health and safety of your children.

In order to help us, could you please keep the following items in mind when sending your child to PCYC KidzCare.

1. Children should wear enclosed shoes at all times. It is dangerous to run in thongs and sandals. Our Policy states that children wearing thongs or sandals will not be able to be involved in running games.

2. Children need to have a hat with them. We follow the same rules as the schools. No Hat, Play in the Shade. All children will wear sunscreen and hats when playing outdoors. Contact Us Please contact your local PCYC for further information.
