Track Work
Track work is coming along nicely and progressed can observed on our Facebook page. Just a reminder that track 5 is out of bounds.
Saturday 19th May - Working Bee
Gates open 8am and will be finishing at 2pm. We are requesting for 100 blue barrels to create barriers
Saturday 26th May - Practice Day for Penrith
The club will open between 1pm and 3pm for minikhana practice events. The practice session is for Penrith Interclub entrants only.
Sunday 27th May – Penrith District Minikhana Interclub
The Penrith District Minikhana Interclub is being held at the Penrith District PCYC Minibike Club, Nepean MVRG 112 RICKARDS RD, CASTLEREAGH.
Meeting starts at 7:30
The Menai club will be closed for the weekend.

Tuesday 5th June - Parents Meeting
All parents of riders are welcome to attend Sutherland PCYC in Eton Street Sutherland commencing at 7:30pm. Topics covered include upcoming events, maintenance, coaching updates and general items for discussion.

The club will open between 1pm and 3pm for trials practice. The practice session is for Ku-ring-gai Interclub entrants only.
Sunday 17th June – Ku-ring-gai Observed Trials Interclub
The Ku-ring-gai Observed Trials Interclub is being held by KU-RING-GAI MINIWHEELS TRAINING CLUB INC. at KU-RING-GAI MVRG ST IVES SHOWGROUND MONA VALE ROAD ST IVES

Joining & Renewing
Sutherland PCYC Rider Training Section (RTS)
Thank you for your interest in joining or renewing membership at Sutherland PCYC Rider Training Section.
Important Notes:
- All new applications and membership renewals will only be processed on a Club Day as set out in the Calendar herein, commencing 8am.
- There are very strict rules regarding types of approved motorcycle, engine size and rider ages which govern our Clubs operation. Please read carefully the Rules & Regulations document below.
- If renewing, in order to maintain your existing Club numbers, please renew by the end of March 2012.

New Junior Member Annual Application fees are as follows:
PCYC Fee $10.00
Section Fee $30.00
Riding Vest $20.00
$60.00
A parent is also required to be a member at an annual cost of $20.00.
In addition, we have a refundable Working Bee Levy of $100 as follows:
- Levy will be $100 per family at time of joining or renewing
- 2 hour working bee contribution by a parent will be rewarded with one ride day voucher (Value $20)
- Undertake 10 hours at working bees over a calendar year, and receive 5 ride day vouchers (Value $100 = Levy Payment at Signing) Maximum ride day vouchers is 5 in any year.
- Vouchers must be used in the calendar year of issue.
By agreement with PCYC, there will also be a reduction in sibling rider fees as follows:
- First Rider $20
- Second Rider $15
- Third Rider $10
- Fourth Rider $5
This year, PCYC also require one parent from each family to be a financial member, at a cost of $20.00.
