Maitland PCYC would like to put out a great big welcome to all those that are reading our website for the first time.

Maitland PCYC and PCYC Fitness are happy to lauch its inaugural 'LIFECHANGER' program.

A 12 week program which allows teams of 5 to work together to improve their overall health.

Everyone knows that having a friend to drag you to the gym or to that fitness class always works better than fighting those awful 'I cannot be bothered' demons.

With nutritional advice, personal training, programming and assessment all in the one package for just $140.00 (must be a Maitland PCYC Fitness member), this is an unbelievable offer.

Staff will be taking registrations from Wednesday 11th of August, so get your team together today.
