PCYC Boxing for Fitness is a non-combat exercise class using training methods developed for the sport of boxing such as punching bags, skipping ropes and medicine balls.

To teach at a PCYC in NSW, instructors must be recognised by Fitness Australia as a Registered Fitness Professional or have a current NCAS Level 1 boxing qualification.
